Meet Kristin + Jen

Kristin Regen (middle name Moore)

Flowers make me ridiculously happy. Looking back, they have always been in my future, even if it took me awhile to find my way here!

As I planned my wedding in 2010, I realized just how much joy and energy I get from creative projects and being surrounded by all of the beauty inherent in the design world. I left my 12-year government career as a language analyst and Jen and I co-founded LilyPad Weddings, a design firm specializing in custom wedding stationery. After helping many couples with their wedding invitations, I took time off to pursue my biggest creative pursuit, being home with my two children.

I found my way back to flowers in 2022 when, for a Mother’s Day gift, my family cleared a patch of our yard to be used a cutting garden. The amazing mix of colors, textures, and shapes found amongst the blooms serves as a daily source of inspiration.

I have a B.A. in Psychology from Williams College. While exploring various creative pursuits, I dabbled in photography and my photos have been selected for a juried exhibit at Glen Echo Park, published in UPPERCase Magazine, and awarded a ribbon at the Martha’s Vineyard Agricultural Fair.
